Because I don't think to be abble to write an AI for this game, you must have to be schizophrenic to play against yourself  if you're alone...

You can change the screen or tiles background by touching the transparent white spot on each side of title, as well as the color of the pawns by touching them at the bottom left of the screen.

Have fun

Cheers

Gilles

PS: please could you say me if my help translation is in good english?

Hi Gilles

I made the APK for this and it looks very nice, I know it will be me, but I can't get it to work.

I can get the mobile tile to move on the maze and move the man a little, but then that's it, I can't do anything else.

If I tap the little circles next to the title, The game stops and the error below shows

I was waiting to see what others said but that's not append. :(

Hi Roy and Gilles,

Gilles's I confirm same non working as per Roy.

Gilles I am sure that it worked on your side and you must have just posted the wrong stuff.
I recommend you always post a complete zip file with source and APK.
The APK will always exactly reproduce your correct work as intended.
The APK could easily be tested by the first time users browsing with their phones as well.

Regards
Emile

Hello guys,

You're right, I don't often have the reflex APK ;)

Amazing lab.apk

But I don't understand why BASIC! crash on EXIT... (without any other pb)

I would like to try to write an AI and that's maybe why I consider the program not ended... ;) ;)

I'm sure that If you had created the correct directory under DATA/ with the right file into it, the BAS file would have worked ;)

But I think that this configuration does not work very well if we make an APK with a subdirectory in DATA/...

Cheers

My pleasure Roy :)

You don't have a BASIC! crash when you exit?

I can confirm it exits cleanly as well Gilles.

I'm a clod at puzzle games but it works smooth and well, and looks professional.

As for the English; some repetition of "your" and "it".

h$[1] ="You must collect all your 8 treasures and"

Is probably best as:-

h$[1] ="You must collect all 8 treasures and"

As well as:-

h$[5] ="Touch it to rotate it if you want."

Being:-

h$[5] ="Touch to rotate it if you want."

I do this all the time myself! But then again Charles Dickens did this a lot too!

Many thx Mog,

if Sir Charles Dickens "did it a lot" then I'm not sure I want to change my translation :) :) ;)

About my "EXIT" behavior pb could you say me your actual version of Android : mine is 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) where I have a "BASIC! Crashes" when I exit the APK...

Cheers

Gilles

Android version is also 6.0.1

I am using V1.91 in both BASIC! and BASIC! Compiler.

A very simple test scenario is this code with .apk attached built with BASIC! Compiler using the EXIT command:-

Code:
PRINT "Test to see if BASIC! exits cleanly using EXIT in 3 seconds..."
PAUSE 3000
EXIT

All works perfectly. BASIC! re-launches with the familiar 'REM Start of BASIC! Program'. The Compiler .apk re-starts with the splash screen.

Both expectations are there, whether hitting the menu button via my Samsung TouchWiz interface (even if the program is 'killed' it's there in RAM for immediate relaunch by Android until you 'x' off). Or by just using the icon on the app drawer.

I'm sorry I can't help. Because I have no problems...

Mog
