I don't think the orientation works right on old Kindle devices, but the app is now available on the Amazon app store:

I usually just use az screen recorder to record the screen:

Then I usually just upload it with the YouTube app.

If the app uses a the mic however (like the food diary) I use az with its mic turned off and record the session audio using my webcam and audacity on my PC. Then I upload the movie clip from AZ to my Dropbox and splice it together and crop it with .Wav audio using Windows movie Maker. Then I render it and upload it on the PC to YouTube.

BTW, Happy Belated Dyngus Day everyone! (I am about 50% Polish which partially explains my extreme fondness for Atari home computers lol)
