I know that there exists a program to upload/download files to/from the ftp-server. I think that someone also raised the question, why do we not have something like that written with the GW-LIB in html. Well thats exactly what i have done. It is called Ftpclient(i know it is not very original) and i have put the complete package in "/applications/Ftpclient". At least that is the path from the ftp-server perspective. I did not include a url link here because i still get the "forbidden error" if i click on such a link in the forum. It is the initial version of the program and has the following possibilities: - upload files first you select the source folder second you pick the files you want to upload a filter can be put to shorten the list(*.bas,*.txt), use comma to separate extensions - download files - search the ftp-server from the root or from the different subdir(applications, games, tools ...) - browse the ftp-server with preview mode for png,jpg files and bas,txt files Req: make sure that you have a "tmp" directory in the root of your storage(sdcard), "../../tmp" from the rfobasic perspective. it uses a modified version of gw_pickfile it uses gw_gallery it uses 2 jpg files which should be in ../../Ftpclient/data. They are included in the apk, so not sure if that is sufficient or not
If people are interested in more features, or interested at all, i am happy to write a small manual(doc) to go in more detail.

the preview mode doesn't seem to work correctely on my tablet but I well know that nothing is perfect in this world It could be best if it could be possible to break the searching process if we want... Have you thought to enable graphics acceleration by creating APK?
In any case bravo!

I did use the graphics acceleration when creating the APK. I use the rfo2apk from emile but i have the impression it is not as expected, unless it is me. But i did a test with the cardgame i wrote(remember) I build an apk with nicolas tool and with emile's tool. Both time enabling hwa The result is not the same The one of nicolas is x number of times faster
