It tranfers to a string in memory the whole content of a file without more code to open and close that file.
If I well read the manual, nothing allows to so simply create a file from a string.

writeln would be the solution, unfortunately it adds a final linebreak, which may lead to a new empty line.

Is as fast byte.write.buffer as grabfile ?
Some better idea?

Hello.

I think you are right.

I do not know the instructions to be completed by one line like "grabfile".

I also use "byte.write.buffer" instruction.

It needs with "byte.open" and "byte.close".
