For those who want the manual converted to separate html pages, I have a package (p2h) that does it with 'pdftohtml' plus a few modifications for easier to reading and navigation.
p2h <file.pdf> is the command line version. p2hgui is a gui for p2h.
Please be patient during generation, it can take a few minutes. The output will be created in a sub-directory called [output].
I generally read the output with a desktop browser (doesn't work too well on the phone's browser).
pdftohtml will generate a left-hand index frame (open manual.html) and an 'outline' page. If you don't like the index frame, then open the first page directly (manual-1.html) or alternatively the 'outline' page (manual-outline.html).
The downside is that the 'outline' page (similar to page2..Table of Contents) is the only useful page for searching (since you can't really search through all the pages at once). The upside is that the browser doesn't need to load the whole manual.
p.s/ (I can only test the windows version on XP)
On FTP Server
