Excellent idea Aat ;)

As Emile suggest or perhaps a link to few of one's apps. That way others can look at the screen shots, read the comments, look at the bas and so on.

Hi Emile,

as you will see I have taken over your suggestions!

I use "Coffee Cup free FTP" for transferring files.
I have tried some free FTP programs and found this one is perfectly suited, no nonsense, no ads.
Usually I develop on Blue Stacks, so my files are always on PC.

Regards, Aat

I should look at Shared Programs more often, after all if I posted something here I'd like feedback.

Bots are the scanners as mentioned, views seldom mean who is a genuine looker or not.

Personally I like to look at user contributions on an evaluation basis -- but that takes time... Rather than have a quick play and then uninstall. Plus files get muddled up with my own because I have bad file management.

I must have about near a 1000 code snippets I have written with BASIC! and lots are refined duplicates. Calling a file aardvark1...2 or 3 to make it appear at the top of the file list isn't very bright when you come back to it a few months later and wonder what the hell is in it?

I like Aat's author index idea. I think that should be the sticky we are looking for containing user named folders. No hierarchy then. Although I guess Aat would appear at the top :)

Mog
