Continuing on the beta stage, I just released Quick APK v01.77.03.

  • I dropped the GDI+ library so I hope it is more stable.
  • I fixed the behaviour of the resource treeview, it works now well both with mouse and keyboard navigation.
  • I made Quick APK blind-friendly, changed some screens for better accessibility and now compatible with Freedom Scientific's JAWS software.
  • I fixed the possible crash at the end after successful APK.
  • And added latest Deutsh translation from Aat.

Either upgrade from the already installed program or use the updated installer: http://mougino.free.fr/RFO/quick-apk/quick-apk-setup.exe

Thanks, Nicolas,

the updater now works like it should (Win8.1)!

Hmm, yes and no,

it is more stable at the beginning part; my device is now found all the time.
After this I still have to fiddle with killing adb.exe a bit......Until now it worked once without doing so......
After running Quick Apk, successfully or not, one instance of adb.exe is always still around......
And I sure have to kill this one if I start the app again.

regards, Aat

Hello mougino,

I like your Quick APK program but am having a problem.
The link downloads v01.77.03.
When I run it it says that there is a mandatory update.
I click to update, something is downloaded, it says ok,
the program restarts, still says it is v01.77.03 and that a mandatory update is
required.
This loop just keeps repeating.
What to do?

Thanks for reporting the problem Slim!

I just released Quick APK v01.78.01.

I fixed the mandatory download issue.
I fixed some graphical glitches.
And more importantly Quick APK is now based on BASIC! v01.78.

Either upgrade from the already installed program or use the freshly updated installer at http://mougino.free.fr/RFO/quick-apk/quick-apk-setup.exe

Hi Nicolas,

The latest version (v01.78.01), creates .apk nicely.
When done creating .apk, pressing the "Leave" button does nothing,
I used the "X" button on the titlebar to exit.

Thanks for all of your time and hard work.

Best Regards,
Slim

First, thanks to you for all the work you have done on this!!!
I finished - well almost - my first (second, really) rfo-BASIC designed program and want to test it on another device....
I d/l'ed the APK Builder from the link above to my HP Windows 7 laptop (AMD E-350 with 3.0Gb RAM) and installed it....no issues....
Ran it and set up a default directory...no problems
Plugged my NookHD running N2A KitKat into the USB....Laptop found it...no issues...
Using APK Builder, tried to communicate with the Android Device(NookHD) using USB....no luck....unplugged, replugged and retried...nope
Rebooted and retried....nope.
Had to close and reopen the APK Builder (since there is no back button!) in order to try the WiFi option in the APK Builder - LOL!!!!
Backed buttoned my way to Local Drive, followed instructions to create rfo-basic folder and specific sub-folders and copied the .bas into SOURCE and other files into DATAr
continued and got the "Select main program and..." window....Chose the rfo-basic folder in the right hand window (left side window is empty/blank)- it automatically chose the 2 sub-folders.....BUT would not activate the NEXT button...checked the TIP button and tried again....still no luck.......Any suggestions???
